At this time, we accept payment by money order, personal (or business) check or you can pay with via (if you follow the link and sign up, you will automatically receive $5).

CA residents must add 7.25% sales tax or submit a valid resale number. Buyer pays shipping on all purchases.

To Order:

1. Submit the order form below.

2. I will email you to verify availability and put a hold on the item(s) for 7 mail days, awaiting payment. (In this email, I will also give you the total cost for your order, including shipping cost and any applicable sales tax.)

3. If paying by check or money order, print out the confirmation email and send (via snail mail) along with proper payment and resale certificate, if applicable, to:
